3. You can wear black leggings with it at the party. Now you have a need to buy the velro for the belt to stay in place. You can buy a white peticoat skirt for underneath which definitely makes the bottom poufy and really added to the outfit. You will love it. You also purchase the matching Leprechaun sparkly shoes.
